Is my house key and alarm code safe?
Yes, house keys and alarm codes are locked in two separate safes and are only identified by customer ID number. Names and addresses are never stored in the same place with keys or alarm codes for your protection.

What payments are accepted?
We currently accept cash, check (w/proper ID), major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.

Why do I have to provide the scooper for dog waste pickup service?
We ask you to provide your own scooper for the safety of your pet. This practice prevents transferring possible disease from one household to another. We are all about a safe environment when it comes to taking care of your pet.

May I cancel my pet sitting or other weekly service?
Yes, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Failure to provide notice may result in a fee.


 

Do you offer referral discounts?
Yes, we offer $5.00 off your next service for referrals.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, however, we only require deposits for pet sitting during the holidays.

Will you provide services outside of the greater Denton area?
Yes, additional fees may apply.

Will you handle aggressive pets?
Yes, on a case-by-case basis.
